CFRP CFRP BLOCK MODULE TYPE COOLING TOWER
An objective of embodiments of the present invention is to provide a cooling tower of a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) block module type which forms a cooling tower structure as a block type to have the effect of construction cost reduction by reducing raw materials and shortening construction periods, and forms a lightweight strength reinforcement block structure without concern for corrosion to quickly and safely allow modular assembly and reduce the risk of fire and the danger of high-place work at a site to prevent accidents. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooling tower of a CFRP block module type comprises: a block cell of a rectangular frame structure shape including carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP); a block module formed by coupling at least one block cell in a plane direction; and a module unit allowing the block modules to be selectively coupled and separated from each other in a height direction to form a plurality of levels in a stacked arrangement structure of a preset form to support a corresponding cooling device.
본 발명의 실시예는 냉각탑 구조물을 블록형으로 형성하여 원자재 절감과 공사기간 단축으로 공사비 절감의 효과가 있으며, 부식의 우려가 없는 경량형 강도보강 블록구조를 형성하여 보다 신속하고 안전하게 블록화 조립이 가능하고 현장에서의 고소작업의 위험과 화재의 위험을 감소시켜 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 CFRP 블록모듈형 냉각탑을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 CFRP 블록모듈형 냉각탑은 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱(CFRP)을 포함하는 사각틀 구조물 형상의 블록셀, 블록셀이 평면방향을 따라 적어도 1개 이상 결합되어 형성되는 블록모듈, 그리고 블록모듈이 높이방향을 따라 선택적으로 상호 분리 결합되어 미리 설정된 형태의 적층 배치구조로 복수층을 형성하여 해당되는 냉각장치를 지지하는 모듈유닛을 포함한다.
