METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TENSIONING DEVICE FOR WIRE ROPE AND TENSIONING DEVICE FOR WIRE ROPE MANUFACTURED BY THIS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a tensioning device for a wire rope and a tensioning device for a wire rope manufactured thereby, wherein a body core and a cap core are used for manufacturing a body and a cap in the tensioning device for a wire rope used in road safety structures, and the cap core is manufactured in a screw type and used for manufacturing the cap, thereby omitting the conventional screw cutting process in manufacturing the cap.
본 발명은 와이어로프용 인장장치의 제조방법 및 이 제조방법에 의해 제조된 와이어로프용 인장장치에 관한 것으로, 도로안전구조물에 사용되는 와이어로프용 인장장치에서 몸체와 캡을 제조 시, 몸체중자와 캡중자를 사용하되, 캡중자를 나사형으로 제조하여 캡 제조에 사용함으로써, 종래 캡 제조에서 나사 가공하는 공정을 생략할 수 있도록 하는 제작방법과 이 제조방법에 의해 제조된 인장장치에 관한 것이다.
