The present invention relates to an odor and pest blocking device for drains, which comprises an upper cover (10) having honeycomb holes (10) and serving as a filter, and blocks a gap between a drain and a body (20) installed on the drain so as to prevent odor and pest from entering from the outside of the body (20). The odor and pest blocking device for drains according to the present invention has a minimized number of parts and a simplified structure so as to improve productivity in mass production while facilitating the assembly.
