MOLD APPARATUS FOR UTILITY-PIPE CONDUIT AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION THEREOF
Provided is a mold apparatus where bubbles can be smoothly discharged from a portion parallel to the ground among portions where a step of a utility conduit is created during the process of constructing the utility conduit. The mold apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first inner wall member; a second inner wall member facing an internal surface of the first inner wall member; a first step member disposed on a top of the first inner wall member; a second step member disposed on a top of the second inner wall member; a third step member disposed on a top of the first step member; a first joint member connecting and fixing the first inner wall member, the first step member, and the third step member to one another; and a second joint member connecting and fixing the second inner wall member and the second step member to each other, wherein the first joint member and the second joint member are configured to have an air vent slit formed in at least one of a gap between the first inner wall member and the first step member, a gap between the first step member and the third step member, and a gap between the second inner wall member and the second step member to discharge bubbles occurring when concrete is placed.
공동구가 시공되는 과정에서 공동구의 단차가 형성되는 부분 중 지면과 평행한 부분에서 발생되는 기포가 원활히 배출되는 거푸집 장치를 제공한다. 실시예에 따른 거푸집 장치는, 제1 내벽부재; 제1 내벽부재의 내측면을 마주보는 제2 내벽부재; 제1 내벽부재의 상측에 위치하는 제1 단차부재; 제2 내벽부재의 상측에 위치하는 제2 단차부재; 제1 단차부재의 상측에 위치하는 제3 단차부재; 제1 내벽부재와 제1 단차부재와 제3 단차부재를 서로 연결하여 고정하는 제1 결합부재; 제2 내벽부재와 제2 단차부재를 서로 연결하여 고정하는 제2 결합부재;를 포함하며, 제1 결합부재와 제2 결합부재는, 제1 내벽부재와 제1 단차부재 사이, 제1 단차부재와 제3 단차부재 사이, 및 제2 내벽부재와 제2 단차부재 사이 중 적어도 한 곳에, 콘크리트가 타설될 때 발생되는 기포를 배출하는, 에어벤트슬릿이 형성되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
