METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HETERO-PHASE BINDER PITCH AND HETERO-PHASE BINDER PITCH MANUFACTURED THEREFROM
The present invention provides a method for producing heterophasic binder pitch of separating only the mesogen components in anisotropic pitch by hydrogenating heavy oil, thermal polymerization, thin film distillation, solvent extraction, filtration and drying, and then mixing the separated mesogen components with basic isotropic pitch and a heterophasic binder pitch produced therefrom. In addition, the heterophase binder pitch of the present invention is a heterophase texture in which an anisotropic texture is uniformly dispersed within an isotropic matrix, and only the carbonization yield is selectively increased without significantly changing the softening point. Accordingly, the present invention has a low manufacturing cost.
본 발명은 중질유를 수소화 처리하고, 열중합하고, 박막증류하고, 용매 추출하고, 여과 및 건조하여 이방성 피치 내의 메조겐 성분만을 분리한 후, 상기 분리된 메조겐 성분을 베이직 등방성 피치와 혼합하는 헤테로상 바인더 피치 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 헤테로상 바인더 피치를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명의 헤테로상 바인더 피치는 등방성 기지(Isotropic matrix) 내에 이방성 조직(Anisotropic texture)이 균일하게 분산된 헤테로상 조직(heterophase texture)이며 연화점은 크게 변하지 않으면서 탄화 수율만 선택적으로 증가한다.
