According to the present invention, a prefabricated exterior panel assembly is an assembly for building an outer wall of a building and comprises: an outer panel part having an outer plane part, an outer contact part extended from one end of the outer plane part to be formed, and an inner contact part extended from the other end of the plane part to be formed; an inner panel part affixed to the inside of the outer plane part; and a nonflammable contact part for affixing the outer plane part and the inner panel part. The outer contact part includes: a first outer contact part bent from one longitudinal end of the outer plane part toward the front surface to be extended; a second outer contact part bent from an end of the first outer contact part toward the outside to be extended; and a third outer contact part bent from an end of the second outer contact part toward the rear surface to be extended. The inner contact part includes: a first inner contact part bent from the other longitudinal end of the outer plane part toward the front surface to be extended; and a second inner contact part bent from an end of the first inner contact part toward the inside to be extended. The inner panel part has an inner plane part and a plurality of embossing parts formed by denting one surface facing the inside of the outer plane part among the surfaces of the inner plane part to protrude toward another surface, wherein the plurality of embossing parts each have a cavity of a prescribed size. The cavity realizes an insulation effect by an air layer if the prefabricated exterior panel assembly makes up the outer wall of the building.
본 발명에 따른 조립식 외장 패널 조립체는, 건축물의 외벽을 구성하기 위한 조립체로, 외부 평면부, 상기 외부 평면부의 일측단에 연장되어 형성되는 외측 접촉부 및 상기 평면부의 타측단에 연장되어 형성되는 내측 접촉부를 구비하는 외부 패널부; 상기 외부 평면부의 내측면에 접착되는 내부 패널부; 및 상기 외부 평면부와 상기 내부 패널부의 접착을 위한 불연 접착부;를 포함하며, 상기 외측 접촉부는, 상기 외부 평면부의 길이 방향 일측단으로부터 전면 방향으로 절곡되어 연장되는 제1 외부 접촉부, 상기 제1 외부 접촉부의 끝단으로부터 외측 방향으로 절곡되어 연장되는 제2 외부 접촉부, 및 상기 제2 외부 접촉부의 끝단으로부터 후면 방향으로 절곡되어 연장되는 제3 외부 접촉부를 구비하고, 상기 내측 접촉부는, 상기 외부 평면부의 길이 방향 타측단으로부터 전면 방향으로 절곡되어 연장되는 제1 내부 접촉부, 상기 제1 내부 접촉부의 끝단으로부터 내측 방향으로 절곡되어 연장되는 제2 내부 접촉부를 구비하며, 상기 내부 패널부는, 내부 평면부, 및 상기 내부 평면부의 일면 중 상기 외부 평면부의 내측면과 마주보는 일면이 함입되어 다른 일면을 향하여 돌출되어 형성되는 복수의 엠보부 - 상기 복수의 엠보부 각각은 소정 크기의 공동을 구비함 - 를 구비하며, 상기 공동은, 상기 조립식 외장 패널 조립체가 상기 건축물의 외벽을 구성하는 경우, 공기층에 의한 단열 효과가 구현되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
