WALL STRUCTURE USING PRECAST CONCRETE DOUBLE WALL
The present invention relates to a wall structure using a double PC wall, which allows girders to be quickly and easily installed on the double wall PC, and allows slabs connected to the double PC wall to be integral with the double PC wall by strong coupling. The wall structure using a double PC wall has a plurality of double PC walls formed as unit members and connected in a perpendicular direction or at an angle, has upper and lower slabs coupled thereto, and has corner walls coupled to respective corners thereof so that the wall structure is formed in a box shape or a many-sided shape. The double PC wall is an H-shaped double PC wall including: a first PC panel forming the inner wall of the wall; a second PC panel distanced from the first PC panel, formed to be opposite to the first PC panel, and forming the outer wall of the wall; and a central connection part for connecting central portions of the first and second PC panels. Upper and lower ends of the first PC panel are shorter than upper and lower ends of the second PC panel. First and second exposed reinforcing bars are exposed from the upper and lower ends of the first PC panel and the inner surfaces of the upper and lower ends of the second PC panel, respectively. The upper end of the first PC panel has a surface or a bracket on which a PC girder or a half PC slab installed to form the slab can be mounted.
본 발명은 피씨 더블 월에 거더를 쉽고 빠르게 설치할 수 있고, 피씨 더블 월에 연결되는 슬래브를 강결 결합으로 피씨 더블 월과 일체화 할 수 있는 피씨 더블 월을 이용한 벽체 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 피씨 더블 월을 이용한 벽체 구조물은 단위부재로 이루어진 복수개의 피씨 더블 월을 직각방향 또는 소정의 각도로 연결하고 상,하슬래브를 결합하면서 각 코너에는 코너벽체를 결합하여 박스형태 또는 다변형상으로 형성된 벽체 구조물에 있어서. 상기 피씨 더블 월은 벽체의 내벽을 이루어는 제1피씨 패널과, 상기 제1피씨패널과 간격을 유지하며 서로 대향되는 상태로 형성되고 벽체의 외벽을 이루는 제2피씨 패널 및 상기 제1,2피씨 패널의 중앙부를 연결하는 중앙연결부로 이루어진 H형 피씨 더블월로 구성되고, 상기 제1피씨 패널의 상하 끝단부는 상기 제2피씨 패널의 상하 끝단부보다 더 짧게 이루어지고, 상기 제1피씨 패널의 상하 끝단부 및 제2피씨 패널의 상하단부 내측면에는 제1,2노출철근이 각각 노출되고, 상기 제1피씨 패널의 상단부에는 슬래브를 형성하기 위하여 설치되는 피씨거더 또는 하프 피씨 슬래브가 거치될 수 있는 면이나 브래킷이 형성된 벽체구조물을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a wall structure using a double PC wall, which allows girders to be quickly and easily installed on the double wall PC, and allows slabs connected to the double PC wall to be integral with the double PC wall by strong coupling. The wall structure using a double PC wall has a plurality of double PC walls formed as unit members and connected in a perpendicular direction or at an angle, has upper and lower slabs coupled thereto, and has corner walls coupled to respective corners thereof so that the wall structure is formed in a box shape or a many-sided shape.
