Ceramic substrate for heat dissipation and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention relates to a ceramic heat dissipation member in which an appropriate number of pores are formed in a porous ceramic body and on an uneven surface, and silicon carbide is forcibly injected into the uneven surface. The ceramic heat dissipation member comprises: a porous ceramic body which includes alumina as a base component and at least one of aluminum nitride, yttria, and calcium carbonate as a functional component; and silicon carbide fine particles which are forcibly injected into a concave-convex surface of the porous ceramic body through an air blast method.
본 발명은 다공질 세라믹체 내부 및 요철 표면에 적절한 수의 기공을 형성시키고 탄화규소를 그 요철 표면에 강제 주입한 세라믹 방열부재에 관한 것이다. 상기 세라믹 방열부재는 모재 성분으로서 알루미나를 포함하고, 기능성 성분으로서 질화알루미늄, 이트리아 및 탄산칼슘 중 하나 이상의 구성 성분을 포함하는 혼합물을 압축, 건조, 소결한 다공질 세라믹체의 요철 표면에 에어 블라스트 법에 의해 탄화규소 미립자를 주입한 것이다.

본 발명은 다공질 세라믹체 내부 및 요철 표면에 적절한 수의 기공을 형성시키고 탄화규소를 그 요철 표면에 강제 주입한 세라믹 방열부재에 관한 것이다. 상기 세라믹 방열부재는 모재 성분으로서 알루미나를 포함하고, 기능성 성분으로서 질화알루미늄, 이트리아 및 탄산칼슘 중 하나 이상의 구성 성분을 포함하는 혼합물을 압축, 건조, 소결한 다공질 세라믹체의 요철 표면에 에어 블라스트 법에 의해 탄화규소 미립자를 주입한 것이다.
