The present invention relates to a safety railing with life-saving ropes, including pillars erected at intervals and having a closing cap detachably coupled to the upper end, and safety frames connecting between the pillars, wherein the pillar is provided with rescue ropes installed to span between coupling grooves formed on both sides of the upper part of the pillar and is finished with the closing cap, and a buoyant body is coupled to the rescue ropes to provide buoyancy to the rescue ropes. Accordingly, the safety railing plays a role of preventing a person or vehicle from falling in normal times, but provides can be used as a life-saving tool that can quickly rescue a drowning person in an emergency.
본 발명은 인명구조용 로프를 구비한 안전난간에 관한 것으로, 간격을 두고 세워지며 상단에 착탈이 가능하게 결합되는 마감캡을 구비한 지주 기둥 및 상기 지주 기둥 사이를 연결하는 안전 프레임을 포함하되, 상기 지주 기둥의 상부 양측면에 형성된 결합홈에 구조용 로프가 걸쳐지는 상태로 설치되며 상기 마감캡으로 고정되고, 상기 구조용 로프에 결합되며 구조용 로프에 부력을 제공하는 부력체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 평상시에는 사람 또는 차량이 추락하는 것을 방지하는 역할을 수행하되, 긴급 상황시 물에 빠진 사람을 신속하게 구조할 수 있는 구명 도구로 활용할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
