In accordance with the present invention, a standing openable floodgate apparatus includes: a pair of driving assemblies installed in a dented space formed in the ground of an entrance path into the inside of a structure, and provided to be spaced apart from each other to both sides, thereby converting a linear driving force in forward and backward directions into a rotational driving force with respect to the rotation axis in the left and right directions; and a door assembly including a rotary shaft provided between the pair of driving assemblies to share the rotation axis in left and right directions, and formed to be rotatable by the rotational driving force converted by the driving assemblies, and a floodgate door connected to a position eccentric with respect to the rotation center of the rotary shaft, thereby enabling a horizontal mode of being arranged parallel to the ground and a standing mode of being stood in a vertical direction to be switched in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft, and closing the entrance path in the standing mode to prevent water from flowing from the outside into the inside of the structure. Therefore, the present invention is capable of extending the lifespan of a facility and minimizing maintenance.
본 발명에 따른 기립개폐형 차수장치는, 구조물의 내부로 진입하는 출입경로의 지면에 함몰 형성된 함몰공간 내에 설치되며, 서로 양측으로 이격되도록 구비되어, 전후 방향의 선형 구동력을 좌우 방향의 회전축을 중심으로 한 회전 구동력으로 변환하는 한 쌍의 구동 어셈블리 및 상기 좌우 방향의 회전축을 공유하도록 상기 한 쌍의 구동 어셈블리 사이에 구비되며, 상기 구동 어셈블리에 의해 변환된 회전 구동력에 의해 회전 가능하게 형성되는 회전샤프트와, 상기 회전샤프트의 회전 중심에 대해 편심된 위치에 연결되어, 상기 회전샤프트의 회전에 따라 지면과 나란하게 배치된 수평 모드와 상하 방향으로 기립된 기립 모드를 전환 가능하게 형성되고, 기립 모드에서 출입경로를 폐쇄하여 구조물의 외부로부터 내부로 물이 유입되는 것을 방지하는 차수도어를 포함하는 도어 어셈블리를 포함한다.
