A Sound and noise - absorption panel
According to the present invention, a sound-absorption soundproof panel for indoor architecture is made by stacking and attaching middle materials and covers in order on a surface of a baseboard by using a general adhesive means, attaching a sound-absorption moisture barrier film to an upper surface of the baseboard, attaching a pad for sound absorption to a surface (upper surface) of the sound-absorption moisture barrier film as a middle material, and attaching a sound-absorption fabric or sound-absorption wallpaper to an upper surface of the pad for sound absorption as a cover. The present invention is able to attach a sound-absorption moisture barrier film to an upper surface of a baseboard, improve waterproof and moisture barrier functions, stack a sound-absorption fabric, pad for sound absorption, and sound-absorption moisture barrier film in triple layers, further improve sound-absorption and soundproof effects, prevent the sound-absorption (soundproof) layer from being exfoliated from the baseboard and prevent the baseboard from being separated from an indoor wall surface by a sound-absorption moisture barrier film, and improve product quality and reliability.
본 발명에 따른 실내건축용 흡음 및 방음패널은, 통상의 접착수단을 이용하여 베이스 보드의 표면에 중간재와 표지를 차례로 적층 하여 접착하되, 상기 베이스 보드의 상면에 흡음방습필름을 접착하고, 상기 흡음방습필름의 표면(상면)에는 중간재로서 흡음용 패드를 접착하며, 상기 흡음용 패드의 상면에는 표지로서 흡음직물지 또는 흡음벽지를 일체로 접착하여서 된 것이다. 본 발명은, 베이스 보드의 상면에 흡음방습필름을 접착하여 줌으로써 방수 및 방습기능을 향상시키고, 흡음천과 흡음용 패드 및 흡음방습필름을 상중하 삼중으로 적층 하여 줌으로써 흡음 및 방음 효과를 가일층 향상시킬 수 있으며, 흡음방습필름에 의해 베이스 보드에서 흡음(방음)층이 박리 되거나 베이스 보드가 실내벽면에서 분리되지 않도록 하여 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
