Multipurpose special paint composition method for manufacturing the composition and mortar for construction using the composition
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose special paint composition which manufactures a multi-purpose special paint by mixing and making a synthetic resin, which is a petrochemical product, react with an acrylic emulsion and manufactures a mortar for construction by using the same, a manufacturing method thereof, and the mortar for construction by using the composition. The manufacturing method of the multi-purpose special paint composition according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of liquefying one or more synthetic resins of polyurethane, urea, EVA, MMA, PMMA, PVA, FRP, PE, PP, PVC, PS, and ABS through polymerization; a second step of mixing 10 to 50 wt% of the liquefied synthetic resins and 30 to 80 wt% of an acrylic emulsion aqueous solution with 3 to 7 wt% of a surfactant; a third step of adding silica gel in small amounts while maintaining the mixture of the second step at 30 to 70° and performing the polymerization for a predetermined time; and a fourth step of adding 5 to 15 wt% of a pigment to the composition in which the polymerization has been completed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, painting work does not require complex techniques like water-based paint.
본 발명은 석유 화학 제품인 합성수지와 아크릴 에멀젼을 혼합 반응시켜 다목적용 특수 도료를 제조하고 이를 이용하여 건축용 모르타르를 제조하는 다목적 특수 도료 조성물과 그 제조방법, 및 그 조성물을 이용한 건축용 모르타르에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 다목적 특수 도료 조성물 제조방법은 폴리우레탄, 우레아, EVA, MMA, PMMA, PVA, FRP, PE, PP, PVC, PS, ABS 중 어느 하나 이상의 합성수지류를 폴리머 반응으로 액체화하는 제 1 단계와, 액체화된 합성수지 10 내지 50 중량%와 아크릴 에멀젼 수용액 30 내지 80 중량%를 계면활성제 3 내지 7 중량%와 함께 혼합하는 제2 단계와, 제 2 단계의 혼합물을 30℃ 내지 70℃로 유지하면서 실리카 겔을 소량씩 첨가하며 소정 시간동안 중합반응시키는 제 3 단계와, 중합반응이 완료된 조성물에 안료 5 내지 15 중량%를 첨가하는 제 4 단계를 포함한다.
