INTEGRATED HEAT EXCHANGER HAVING SPIRAL REFRIGERANT PIPE AND ATMOSPHERIC WATER GENERATOR INCLUDING THE SAME
An integrated heat exchanger with a spiral refrigerant pipe according to the present invention includes an evaporator that vaporizes a refrigerant and a condenser that is disposed outside the evaporator to liquefy the refrigerant. The evaporator has a first refrigerant pipe that rotates and extends in a spiral manner along the direction of air movement and a plurality of first cooling plates that have a plate shape, are penetrated by the first refrigerant pipe multiple times along the direction of air movement, and are radially spaced apart along the rotation direction of the first refrigerant pipe. In addition, the condenser has a second refrigerant pipe that rotates and extends in a spiral manner along the direction of air movement and is disposed outside the evaporator to surround the plurality of first cooling plates; and a plurality of second cooling plates that have a plate shape, are penetrated by the second refrigerant pipe multiple times along the direction of air movement, and are radially spaced apart along the rotation direction of the second refrigerant pipe. Accordingly, heat exchange efficiency can be maximized.
본 발명에 따른 나선형 냉매관을 가진 일체형 열교환기는 냉매를 기화시키는 증발기, 및 증발기 외측에 배치되어 냉매를 액화시키는 응축기를 포함한다. 이 때, 증발기는, 공기의 이동 방향을 따라 나선형으로 회전하며 연장되는 제1 냉매관, 및 판 형상을 가지되 공기의 이동 방향을 따라 제1 냉매관에 의해 복수회 관통되며 제1 냉매관의 회전 방향을 따라 방사상으로 이격 배치되는 복수개의 제1 냉각 플레이트들을 가진다. 또한, 응축기는, 공기의 이동 방향을 따라 나선형으로 회전하며 연장하되 복수개의 제1 냉각 플레이트들을 둘러싸도록 상기 증발기 외측에 배치되는 제2 냉매관, 및 판 형상을 가지되 공기의 이동 방향을 따라 제2 냉매관에 의해 복수회 관통되며 제2 냉매관의 회전 방향을 따라 방사상으로 이격 배치되는 복수개의 제2 냉각 플레이트들을 가진다.
