(해결 수단) 작업 기계용 제어 시스템 (1) 은, 취득 처리부 (11) 와, 제한 처리부 (12) 를 구비한다. 취득 처리부 (11) 는, 작업 기계 (3) 를 조작할 수 없는 상태에서 작업 기계 (3) 의 기체의 주위에 있어서의 물체의 검지 결과를 취득한다. 제한 처리부 (12) 는, 검지 결과가 소정 조건을 충족할 때에, 작업 기계 (3) 를 조작할 수 있는 상태로 하도록 게이트 로크 레버 (463) 가 조작되면, 한정적으로 작업 기계 (3) 를 조작 가능한 제한 상태로 한다.
