Operator-free skid loader with remote control
The present invention relates to a skid loader which collects abrasives such as shorts or grit injected when performing blasting work for repairing a ship. An objective of the present invention is to provide a skid loader which can greatly reduce the time and costs required for work. The skid loader comprises: a driving cart (10) capable of moving forward and backward, turning left and right, and rotating from the floor of a workplace; a loader unit (20) connected to and mounted on the front of the driving cart (10) in multiple joints, and holding and transporting abrasives dropped to the workplace; a power unit (30) mounted in the driving cart (10), and adding driving power of the driving cart (10) and the loader unit (20); a remote controller (40) wirelessly connected to the driving cart (10), and remotely controlling the driving cart (10) or the power unit (30); and a control unit (50) loaded on the driving cart (10), and wirelessly connected to the remote controller (40) to process a signal in accordance with a set sequence.
본 발명은 선박의 수리를 위한 블라스팅 작업 시 분사되는 쇼트나 그리트 등의 연마재를 수거하는 스키드로더에 관한 것으로, 작업장의 바닥으로부터 전후이동과 좌우회전 및 선회 가능한 주행대차(10); 상기 주행대차(10)의 전방에 다관절로 연결 장착되고, 상기 작업장에 낙하된 연마재를 담아서 운반하는 로더유닛(20); 상기 주행대차(10)의 내부에 장착되고, 상기 주행대차(10)와 로더유닛(20)의 구동력을 부가하는 동력유닛(30); 상기 주행대차(10)와 무선으로 연결되고, 상기 주행대차(10) 내지 동력유닛(30)을 원격으로 조종하는 원격조종기(40); 상기 주행대차(10)에 탑재되고, 상기 원격조종기(40)와 무선으로 연결되어 설정된 시퀀스에 따라 신호를 처리하는 제어유닛(50);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
