Hinge structure
The present invention relates to a hinge structure, which comprises: a first hinge bracket formed in a plate shape of a synthetic resin, having a structure in which at least one insert nut is inserted into the center, and formed with a rotary coupling unit and a first axis insertion hole penetrating the rotary coupling unit on one side to be rotated with respect to an axis of the first axis insertion hole; a second hinge bracket formed in a plate shape of a synthetic resin, having a structure in which at least one insert nut is inserted into the center, and formed with a pair of fixed coupling units disposed close to both sides of the first axis insertion hole to extend a central axis of the first axis insertion hole, and a pair of second axis insertion holes penetrating each of the fixed coupling units, on one side; a hinge shaft assembly inserted and pivotally coupled through the first and second axis insertion holes; and a rotational position maintaining unit with one side fixed to the second hinge bracket and the other side being in close contact with one opposite end of the second axis insertion hole of the hinge shaft assembly to be coupled to have a predetermined contact friction force when the first hinge bracket is rotated. Therefore, the convenience of work is improved.
본 발명은 힌지 구조체에 관한 것으로, 합성수지재의 판상으로 형성되어 가운데 부분에 적어도 하나 이상의 인서트 너트가 삽입된 구조를 갖고, 일측에는 회전 결합부 및 상기 회전 결합부를 관통하는 제1 축 삽입홀이 형성됨에 따라 상기 제1 축 삽입홀의 축을 중심으로 회전되는 제1 힌지브래킷; 합성수지재의 판상으로 형성되어 가운데 부분에 적어도 하나 이상의 인서트 너트가 삽입된 구조를 갖고, 일측에는 상기 제1 축 삽입홀의 중심축을 연장하도록 제1 축 삽입홀의 양측에 근접 배치되는 한쌍의 고정 결합부 및 상기 각 고정 결합부를 관통하는 한쌍의 제2 축 삽입홀이 형성되는 제2 힌지브래킷; 상기 제1 축 삽입홀 및 상기 제2 축 삽입홀을 관통하여 삽입 및 피봇 결합되는 힌지 샤프트 어셈블리; 및 일측이 상기 제2 힌지브래킷에 고정되고, 타측이 상기 힌지 샤프트 어셈블리의 제2 축 삽입홀 반대쪽 일단에 밀착 접촉되어 상기 제1 힌지브래킷의 회전 시 사전에 정해진 접촉 마찰력을 갖도록 결합되는 회동위치 유지부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
