Precast wall vertical joint construction structure
The present invention relates to a vertical joint construction structure for assembling a precast wall, and more specifically, to a vertical joint construction structure for assembling a precast wall, wherein a PC wall member connecting portion is fixedly bonded in a solid and dense contact structure by means of a wall connecting module member to stably guarantee alignment of a PC wall connected thereto. Furthermore, because the stable alignment may be guaranteed, unnecessary deformation and distortion caused at the bonding portion of the PC wall may be prevented. In addition, a boundary groove at the bonding portion exposed to the outside of the PC wall may be neatly finished by means of an elastic sealing material to prevent leakage and heat loss caused by means of the bonding portion of the PC wall thereof. To this end, the present invention comprises: a side bonding unit which has a thin plate contacting groove and a dove tail groove provided at a PC wall member which is connected by the configuration of two or more divided components; and a wall connecting module member which is inserted into and latched at the side surface bonding unit in a vertical sliding structure and fixedly bonds the connecting portion of the PC wall member in a sealed finishing structure.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 벽체 조립을 위한 수직 접합 시공구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은, PC벽체부재 연결부위를 벽체연결 모듈부재에 의해 견고하고 조밀한 밀착구조로 고정 접합하여 그들 연결되는 PC벽체의 정렬성을 안정적으로 확보할 수 있도록 하고, 안정된 정렬성 확보에 따라 PC벽체 접합부로 발생하는 불필요한 변형 내지 뒤틀림 현상을 예방되도록 하며, 더 나아가 PC벽체 외측으로 노출되는 접합부위의 경계홈을 탄성실링재에 의해 깔끔하게 마감처리 하여 그들 PC벽체 접합부위를 통해 발생하는 누수 및 열손실 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 프리캐스트 벽체 조립을 위한 수직 접합 시공구조를 제공함에 있다. 따라서, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는, 분할된 2개 이상의 부품구성으로 밀착 연결하는 PC벽체부재에 박판밀착홈과 도브테일홈이 마련된 측변접합부를 형성하고, 상기 측면접합부에 수직 슬라이딩 구조로 삽입 걸림되며 PC벽체부재의 밀착 연결부위를 밀폐 마감구조로 접합 고정하는 벽체연결 모듈부재를 더 형성하여 달성한다.
