The present invention relates to a construction method for a precast wall structure capable of economically and efficiently assembling and constructing a precast wall structure. The construction method for a wall structure comprises: (a) a step of separating upward both bottom plate wall parts integrated with a bottom plate from the ground to prevent the bottom plate wall parts connected to wall parts from not being positioned in a lower right corner part of a box structure; (b) a step of longitudinally installing the wall parts, formed into a vertical wall type while having a lower part on which a central bottom part of the wall parts is formed to face an inner blockout part (S1) and an outer blockout part (S2) to each other and an upper part in which an outer vertical part is formed and an inner holding groove is formed on the top inside the outer vertical part, on the top of both bottom plate wall parts; and (c) a step of finishing the inner blockout part (S1) and the outer blockout part (S2) by connecting a connection steel reinforcement of the wall parts drawn out from the inner blockout part (S1) and the outer blockout part (S2) to a connection steel reinforcement of the bottom plate wall parts (110) using fastening units in the inner blockout part (S1) and the outer blockout part (S2) in a state where the wall part central bottom part of the wall parts is supported on the top of the bottom plate wall parts.
