The present invention relates to a rake with a waste cutting function and a waste remover using the same. The present invention provides the rake with a waste cutting function, which has a cutting rake provided therein to be movable by elastic washers, thereby preventing overload on and damage to an endless chain and a drive unit in removing waste, and significantly increasing the maintenance period for major components, and a waste remover using the same. To achieve the above purposes, the rake with a waste cutting function, for removing waste caught on the screen of the waste remover, comprises: a collecting rake installed therein to cross the screen, and removing waste caught on the screen while moving along the screen; a cutting rake installed therein so that one end partially overlaps the collecting rake, and having a plurality of installation holes formed in an overlapping portion and the other end inserted between portions of the screen to cut the waste; elastic washers inserted into the installation holes of the cutting rake, and having elasticity so that the cutting rake has clearance on the collecting rake by the elasticity, thereby enabling the cutting rake to move smoothly; and fastening members integrally fastening the collecting rake, the elastic washers, and the cutting rake.
본 발명은 협잡물 절단 기능을 갖는 레이크 및 이를 이용한 제진기에 관한 것으로, 절단레이크가 탄성와셔에 의해 유동 가능하도록 구성됨으로써 협잡물을 제거하는 과정에서 엔드리트 체인과 구동유닛 등의 과부하 및 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 하고 주요부품에 대한 유지보수 기간을 현저히 증대시킬 수 있도록 하는 협잡물 절단 기능을 갖는 레이크 및 이를 이용한 제진기를 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 제진기의 스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 제거해주는 레이크에 있어서, 상기 스크린에 교차되도록 설치되고 스크린을 따라 이동하면서 스크린이 걸린 협잡물을 제거해주는 수집레이크; 상기 수집레이크와 일측단이 일부 겹쳐지도록 설치되고 겹쳐진 부분에는 다수의 설치홀이 형성되며, 타측단은 스크린 사이로 삽입되어 협잡물을 절단해주는 절단레이크; 상기 절단레이크의 설치홀에 삽입되고 탄성을 갖도록 구성되어 상기 절단레이크가 탄성에 의해 수집레이크 상에서 유격을 갖도록 함으로써 절단레이크의 이동이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 탄성와셔; 상기 수집레이크와 탄성와셔 및 절단레이크를 일체로 체결해주는 체결부재;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 협잡물 절단 기능을 갖는 레이크 및 이를 이용한 제진기에 관한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.

The present invention relates to a rake with a waste cutting function and a waste remover using the same.
