The present invention relates to a rake with a waste cutting function and a waste remover using the same. The present invention a waste remover with a remaining waste cutting function, which has cutting parts provided on the front of screen bars to have clearance, thereby preventing overload on and damage to an endless chain and a drive unit while a rake operates, by the clearance between the cutting parts, in removing waste by the shearing action of a screen and the rake, and significantly increasing the maintenance period for major components. To achieve the above purposes, the waste remover comprises: a frame installed to be fixed to a structure forming a waterway; a screen including a plurality of screen tips spaced apart from each other, and a screen barrier coupled to the rear of the screen tips, to block the movement of waste; a rake installed to cross the screen, and cutting the waste while removing the waste caught on the screen while moving along the screen; and a plurality of cutting parts installed in the height direction of the screen tips, cutting the waste caught on screen bars by the shearing action of the cutting parts and the rake, and having clearance to prevent load from being generated for the operation of the rake.
본 발명은 협잡물 절단 기능을 갖는 레이크 및 이를 이용한 제진기에 관한 것으로, 스크린바의 전면에 유격을 갖는 절단부를 설치하여 스크린과 레이크와의 전단작용에 의해 협잡물을 제거하는 과정에서 절단부의 유격에 의해 레이크가 작동하는 과정에서 엔드리스 체인과 구동유닛의 과부하 및 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 하고 주요 부품에 대한 유지보수 기간을 현저히 증가시킬 수 있도록 하는 잔류 협잡물 절단 기능을 갖는 제진기를 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 수로를 형성하는 구조물에 고정되도록 설치되는 프레임; 상호 이격된 구조를 갖는 다수개의 스크린팁과, 상기 스크린팁의 후방에 결합되는 스크린격판으로 구성되어 협잡물의 유동을 차단해주는 스크린; 상기 스크린에 교차되도록 설치되고 스크린을 따라 이동하면서 스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 제거하면서 절단해주는 레이크; 상기 스크린팁의 높이 방향을 따라 다수개가 설치되고 레이크와의 전단작용에 의해 스크린바에 걸려진 협잡물이 절단되도록 하되, 유격을 갖도록 구성되어 레이크의 작동에 부하가 발생되는 것을 방지하는 절단부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
