The present invention relates to a fire and disaster evacuation apparatus. More specifically, according to the present invention, with just one lever operation to activate the evacuation apparatus installed on a current floor, the evacuation apparatus installed on a lower floor can be operated continuously. Therefore, faster evacuation can be achieved in an event of a fire or a disaster. Additionally, a risk of a fatal accident may be reduced accordingly. The fire and disaster evacuation apparatus of the present invention comprises: a fixation frame; a floor plate; a lever unit; and a locking device.
본 발명은 화재 및 재난 피난장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 현재층에 설치된 피난장치를 작동시키기 위한 1회의 레버 작동만으로 아래층에 설치된 피난장치들이 연속적으로 작동될 수 있도록 함으로써 화재 또는 재난 발생시 보다 신속한 대피가 가능하고, 그에 따라 인명 사고의 발생 위험을 줄일 수 있도록 하는 화재 및 재난 피난장치에 관한 것이다.
