Laying type shock absorber composition for apartment house and construction method thereof
The present invention provides a laying type shock absorber composition comprising: a binder part containing liquid modified aromatic diisocyanate, first polypropylene glycol, second polypropylene glycol, a plasticizer, a crosslinking agent, and a catalyst; and surface-modified waste tire chips having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 3 mm. With the laying type shock absorber composition, a uniform cushioning layer can be formed even on a rough concrete slab, and excellent floor impact noise reduction performance as well as durability and insulation properties can be ensured.
본 발명은 액상변성 방향족계 디이소시아네이트, 제 1 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 제 2 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 가소제, 가교제 및 촉매를 포함하는 바인더부와 평균입경이 0.5 내지 3 ㎜인 표면개질된 폐타이어 칩을 포함하는 포설형 바닥충격음 완충재 조성물로서, 거친 콘크리트 슬래브 상에도 균일한 완충재 층을 형성할 수 있고 바닥충격음에 대한 저감성능이 우수하며, 내구성과 단열성도 확보할 수 있다.
