The present invention relates to a heating pavement method, and the heating pavement method according to the present invention comprises: a groove forming step of forming a groove in a bottom surface, on which an electric heating cable is to be installed, at a predetermined depth; a bent iron plate installing step of installing, in the groove, a bent iron plate with an open upper surface to be in close contact with a bottom surface and both side surfaces of the groove; an electric heating cable installing step of inserting and installing the electric heating cable into the bent iron plate in a state of being in contact with the bent iron plate so that heat generated from the electric heating cable is quickly transferred to the bent iron plate; a primary groove filling step of filling a portion of the inside of the bent iron plate with silicone to cover the electric heating cable; and a secondary groove filling step of filling the remaining portions of the inside of the bent iron plate partially filled with the silicone with a filler to be parallel to the bottom surface. The present invention enables an electric heating cable to be repaired very easily and quickly.
도로 발열포장 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 도로 발열포장 시공방법은 전기 발열 케이블이 설치될 바닥면에 소정 깊이의 홈을 파는 홈 형성단계; 상기 홈의 바닥면과 양측면에 밀착되도록 상부면이 개방된 절곡 철판을 상기 홈에 설치하는 절곡 철판 설치단계; 상기 절곡 철판으로 전기 발열 케이블로부터 발생되는 열이 신속하게 전달되도록 상기 절곡 철판과 접촉된 상태로 상기 절곡 철판 내부에 전기 발열 케이블을 삽입 설치하는 전기 발열 케이블 설치단계; 상기 전기 발열 케이블을 덮을 수 있도록 상기 절곡 철판 내부의 일부를 실리콘을 사용하여 메우는 1차 홈 메움 단계; 및 상기 실리콘에 의해 일부가 메워진 절곡 철판 내부의 나머지 부분을 메움재를 사용하여 상기 바닥면과 수평이 되도록 메우는 2차 홈 메움 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
