The present invention relates to a road heating pavement construction method. The road heating pavement construction method according to the present invention comprises: a groove forming step of digging a groove of a predetermined depth on the bottom surface on which an electric heating cable is to be installed; a bending steel plate installation step of installing a bending steel plate, having the upper surface opened to come in contact with the bottom surface and both side surfaces of the groove, at the groove; an electric heating cable installation step of inserting an electric heating cable into the bending steel plate in a state of coming in contact with the bending steel plate such that heat generated from the electric heating cable can be quickly delivered to the bending steel plate; a first groove filling step of filling one portion of the inside of the bending steel plate by using silicone to cover the electric heating cable; and a second groove filling step of filling the remaining portion of the inside of the bending steel plate of which one portion is filled by the silicone by using a filling material to be horizontal to the bottom surface. Therefore, maintenance and repair costs can be significantly reduced.
도로 발열포장 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 도로 발열포장 시공방법은 전기 발열 케이블이 설치될 바닥면에 소정 깊이의 홈을 파는 홈 형성단계; 상기 홈의 바닥면과 양측면에 밀착되도록 상부면이 개방된 절곡 철판을 상기 홈에 설치하는 절곡 철판 설치단계; 상기 절곡 철판으로 전기 발열 케이블로부터 발생되는 열이 신속하게 전달되도록 상기 절곡 철판과 접촉된 상태로 상기 절곡 철판 내부에 전기 발열 케이블을 삽입 설치하는 전기 발열 케이블 설치단계; 상기 전기 발열 케이블을 덮을 수 있도록 상기 절곡 철판 내부의 일부를 실리콘을 사용하여 메우는 1차 홈 메움 단계; 및 상기 실리콘에 의해 일부가 메워진 절곡 철판 내부의 나머지 부분을 메움재를 사용하여 상기 바닥면과 수평이 되도록 메우는 2차 홈 메움 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
