A modular framework structure for a prefabricated house according to the present invention comprises a connector (100), which has a junction part (102a) and an extension part (102b) protruding in three to six directions from the junction part (102a) and is coupled to a beam (200) and a column (300) through the extension part (102b). The connector (100) comprises: a connector housing (102) forming the junction part (102a) and the extension part (102b); an internal insulation material (101) filled in the junction part (102a); and an external insulation cap (103) enclosing the junction part (102a). The extension part (102b) is hollow and is inserted into the beam (200) and the column (300). Therefore, the modular framework structure facilitates non-professionals in house design and allows simulation of the final confirmed house structure.
본 발명에 따른 조립식 주택용 골조 구조체는 교차부(102a)와 상기 교차부(102a)에서 3 방향 내지 6 방향으로 돌출된 연장부(102b)로 구성되는 연결재(100)가 상기 연장부(102b)를 통해 보(200) 및 기둥(300)과 체결된다. 상기 연결재(100)는 상기 교차부(102a)와 상기 연장부(102b)를 형성하는 연결재 하우징(102), 상기 교차부(102a)에 충진된 내단열재(101), 및 상기 교차부(102a)를 감싸는 외단열재 캡(103)을 포함하고, 상기 연장부(102b)는 속이 빈 것으로서 상기 보(200) 및 기둥(300)으로 삽입된다.
