MULTI-LAYER STRUCTURE DEVICE OF MARKING TOOLKIT FOR LAYOUT AT THE SITE OF CONSTRUCTION
The present invention provides a multi-layer structure device of a marking toolkit for a layout at a construction site, capable of efficiently performing marking work. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multi-layer structure device of the marking toolkit for a layout at a construction site includes: a support frame body (10) formed as multiple first rail members are connected to each other; a first horizontal actuator (20) enabling a first horizontal moving block (21) to reciprocate and slide in a horizontal direction to a construction surface while the first horizontal actuator (20) is supported on the support frame body (10); a first vertical actuator (30) installed in front of the first horizontal moving block (21) and enabling a first vertical moving block (31) to reciprocate and slide in a vertical direction; a first marking toolkit (40) installed in the front of the first vertical moving block (31) of the first vertical actuator (30) through a first bracket (41) and forming a line on the construction surface; a controller (50) controlling the first horizontal actuator (20), the first vertical actuator (30), and the first marking toolkit (40); and an expansion module (70) formed to connect multiple second rail members on one side of the support frame body (10).
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 시공현장 레이아웃 마킹 툴킷의 다층 구조 장치는, 복수의 제1 레일부재가 서로 연결되어 이루진 지지틀체(10), 지지틀체(10)에 지지된 상태로 시공면과 수평 방향으로 제1 수평이동블록(21)을 왕복 슬라이드 시키는 제1 수평 액츄에이터(20), 제1 수평이동블록(21)의 전방에 설치되어 제1 수직이동블록(31)을 수직으로 상하 방향으로 왕복 슬라이드 시키는 제1 수직 액츄에이터(30), 제1 수직 액츄에이터(30)의 제1 수직이동블록(31) 전방에 제1 브라켓트(41)를 통해 설치되어 시공면에 라인을 형성하는 제1 마킹 툴킷(40), 제1 수평 액츄에이터(20), 제1 수직 액츄에이터(30) 및 제1 마킹 툴킷(40)을 제어하는 콘트롤러(50), 및 지지틀체(10)의 일측으로 복수의 제2 레일부재를 연결하여 구성되는 확장모듈(70)을 포함한다.
