FLOORING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
A flooring material according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a structure in which a base layer, a white layer, a printing layer, and a transparent layer are sequentially stacked from bottom to top. At least one pair of side parts of the base layer includes a click coupling structure. The thickness of the transparent layer is 0.2 mm or less, the Shore D hardness of the transparent layer is 60 or more, and the flexural strength of the flooring material is 30 MPa or more.
본 발명의 일 실시상태에 따른 바닥재는, 하부에서 상부로, 베이스층, 백색층, 인쇄층 및 투명층을 순차적인 적층구조로 포함하고, 상기 베이스층의 적어도 한쌍의 측면부는 클릭 결합구조를 포함하는 바닥재이고, 상기 투명층의 두께는 0.2mm 이하이며, 상기 투명층의 쇼어 D 경도는 60 이상이고, 상기 바닥재의 굴곡강도는 30MPa 이상이다.
