FLOORING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME
Provided is a flooring material comprising: a plasticizer; a fiber material containing one or more inorganic fibers or one or more organic fibers; and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the fiber material has an orientation. In addition, provided is a method for preparing a flooring material, comprising the steps of: producing a first mixture by mixing, into a liquid plasticizer, a fiber material containing one or more inorganic fibers or one or more organic fibers; producing a second mixture in which the fiber material is dispersed in the liquid plasticizer by stirring the first mixture; producing a third mixture by mixing a thermoplastic resin into the second mixture; and producing a flooring material by thermally pressing the third mixture.
L'invention concerne un matériau de revêtement de sol qui comprend : un plastifiant ; un matériau fibreux contenant une ou plusieurs fibres inorganiques ou une ou plusieurs fibres organiques ; et une résine thermoplastique, le matériau fibreux ayant une certaine orientation. De plus, l'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un matériau de revêtement de sol, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : produire un premier mélange par mélange, dans un plastifiant liquide, d'un matériau fibreux contenant une ou plusieurs fibres inorganiques ou une ou plusieurs fibres organiques ; produire un deuxième mélange le matériau fibreux étant dispersé dans le plastifiant liquide par agitation du premier mélange ; produire un troisième mélange par mélange d'une résine thermoplastique dans le deuxième mélange ; et produire un matériau de revêtement de sol par pressage thermique du troisième mélange.
