SYSTEM THAT FORM DESIGN ON POTTERY AND METHOD OF FORMING DESIGN ON POTTERY
The present invention relates to a system for forming pottery patterns and a method for forming pottery patterns. The system for forming pottery patterns according to the present invention comprises: an information management unit receiving pottery information including the thickness of pottery dough and the type of clay constituting the pottery; a pattern management unit receiving patterns including at least one of text and pictures from a user, adjusting at least one of an area value of faces included in the patterns and a spacing value between the faces based on the area value of the faces included in the input patterns and the spacing value between the faces, and modifying the patterns to create pressurized patterns; a mold-frame manufacturing unit manufacturing a mold frame in which the patterns corresponding to the pressurized patterns protrude to a predetermined height; and a pattern forming unit pressing the pottery dough with a predetermined pressure using the mold frame to form the patterns corresponding to the pressurized patterns on the pottery dough. According to the present invention, the user's desired patterns can be easily formed on the pottery dough.
본 발명은 도자기 문양 형성 시스템 및 도자기 문양 형성방법에 관한 것으로서, 이러한 본 발명에 따른 도자기 문양 형성 시스템은 도자기반죽의 두께와 상기 도자기반죽을 구성하는 점토의 종류를 포함하는 도자기정보를 입력받는 정보관리부; 사용자로부터 문자와 그림 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 문양을 입력받고, 입력된 상기 문양에 포함된 면의 넓이값과 상기 면 사이의 간격값에 기초하여 상기 문양에 포함된 면의 넓이값과 상기 면 사이의 간격값 중 적어도 하나를 조절하여 상기 문양을 수정하여 가압문양을 생성하는 문양관리부; 상기 가압문양에 대응되는 문양이 소정 높이만큼 돌출형성된 성형틀을 제조하는 성형틀제조부; 및 상기 성형틀로 상기 도자기반죽을 소정 압력으로 가압하여 상기 가압문양에 대응되는 문양을 상기 도자기반죽에 형성하는 문양형성부;를 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
