The present invention relates to a single drive-type cutting drum cutter which comprises: a connection frame connected to an arm of an excavator; a pair of cutter support units parallelly protruding from both sides of the connection frame toward the front side; a hydraulic motor installed on one of the cutter support units and performing solely; and a disc-shaped grinder vertically located between the cutter support units, and rotating by receiving rotation force from the hydraulic motor located on one side as a rotation member of the hydraulic motor is fixed on the center unit of one side surface, and performing excavation by a cutter arranged to protrude along an edge, and an excavator with the same. According to the present invention, the present invention is able to be expanded and applied to various works such as arm crushing, excavation of housing foundations, and related excavations, reflecting an increase in usability. The vertical disc-shaped cutter lessens noise and vibrations, which reduces public complaints and improves the work environment. Excavation efficiency is enhanced through the stable and efficient excavation by the rotation force of a single hydraulic motor delivered to one side of a rotation shaft, and allow the economical operation.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 아암에 연결되는 연결프레임; 상기 연결프레임의 양측으로부터 전방으로 나란하게 돌출되는 한 쌍의 커터지지부; 상기 커터지지부 중 어느 하나에 설치됨으로써 단일로 이루어지는 유압모터; 및 상기 커터지지부 각각의 사이에 수직되게 위치하고, 상기 유압모터의 회전부재가 일측면의 중심부에 고정됨으로써 일측에 위치하는 상기 유압모터에 의해 회전력을 제공받아 회전하며, 가장자리를 따라 돌출되도록 마련되는 커터에 의해 굴삭을 수행하도록 하는 원판형그라인더;를 포함하는, 싱글 구동방식의 커팅 드럼 타입 커터 및 이를 구비한 굴삭기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 아암 파쇄, 주택 마사토 굴착, 굴삭과 관련되는 다양한 작업에 확대 적용할 수 있으므로, 활용도를 높일 수 있고, 수직의 원판 형태를 가지는 커터 구조에 의해 무소음 및 무진동에 유리하도록 함으로써, 민원 발생을 줄이도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 작업 환경을 개선시킬 수 있으며, 굴삭 효율 면에서 유리한 구조를 제공하도록 하며, 회전축의 일측에 전달되는 단일의 유압모터 회전력으로도 안정적이면서 효율적인 굴삭 작업이 가능하도록 하고, 이로 인한 경제적인 제작이 가능하도록 하는 효과를 가진다.
