METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ISOTROPIC GRAPHITE ARTIVLE
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an isotropic graphite molded body. The isotropic graphite molded body according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of preparing coke, mixing the coke and a binder to produce a mixed powder, molding the mixed powder into an unprocessed molded body, and carbonizing the unprocessed molded body. The step of preparing coke comprises the step of controlling the particle size distribution of the coke, the (D90-D10)/D50 value of the coke is 1.5 or more, and 25 to 35 parts by weight of the binder can be mixed with 100 parts by weight of the coke.
본 발명은 등방흑연 성형체의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예 에 따른 등방흑연 성형체는 코크스를 준비하는 단계, 상기 코크스와 바인더를 혼합하여 혼합 분말을 제조하는 단계, 상기 혼합 분말을 미가공 성형체로 성형하는 단계, 및 상기 미가공 성형체를 탄화하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 코크스를 준비하는 단계는 상기 코크스의 입도 분포를 제어하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 코크스의 (D90-D10)/D50 값은 1.5 이상이며, 상기 코크스 100 중량부에 대해, 상기 바인더를 25 내지 35 중량부 혼합할 수 있다.
