The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a silicon carbide structure and a method for manufacturing the same. The apparatus for manufacturing a silicon carbide structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a reactor which has an internal space for accommodating a starting material containing a silicon-containing hydrocarbon polymer material; a heater which is coupled to the reactor to heat-treat the starting material; a gas supply unit which introduces at least one type of gas forming a heat treatment atmosphere into the reactor; and an oxygen sensor which measures changes in oxygen partial pressure within the reactor.
본 발명은 탄화규소 구조체의 제조 장치 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탄화규소 구조체의 제조 장치는, 실리콘 함유 탄화수소 고분자 물질을 포함하는 출발 물질을 수용하는 내부 공간을 갖는 반응로; 상기 반응로에 결합되어 상기 출발 물질을 열처리하기 위한 히터; 상기 반응로에 열처리 분위기를 형성하는 적어도 하나 이상의 가스를 인입하기 위한 가스 공급부; 및 상기 반응로 내의 산소 분압의 변화를 측정하기 위한 산소 센서를 포함한다.
