METHOD FOR INSTALLING UNDERGROUND TRANSMISSION LINE USING INDUSTRIAL BY-PRODUCT BACKFILL MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a method for installing an underground transmission line by using an industrial by-product as a backfill material. The industrial by-product used in the present invention uses at least any one of steelmaking slag, ferronickel slag, mine waste rock, and recycled aggregate as gravel. The method according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) of excavating a trench in which a transmission line is to be installed; a step (b) of laying gravel, which is an industrial by-product, on the floor of the trench; a step (c) of installing a plurality of rows of conduits in a height direction by repeating the process of arranging the conduits on the gravel and laying the gravel so that all conduits are submerged; and a step (d) of supplying high fluidity backfill to the trench in a state in which the installation of the conduit and gravel is finished to fill and cure the voids between the gravel. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the economics by using the slag and the recycled aggregate, which are industrial by-products, as gravel and using the fly ash as the main material of the backfill material.
본 발명은 산업부산물을 되메움재로 활용한 지중 송전선 매설방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 사용하는 산업부산물은 제강슬래고, 페로니켈슬래그, 광산폐석 및 순환골재 중 적어도 어느 하나를 자갈로 활용한다. 본 발명에서는 (a)송전선이 매설될 트렌치를 굴착하는 단계; (b)트렌치 바닥에 상기한 산업부산물인 자갈을 포설하는 단계; (c)자갈 위에 전선관을 배치하고 전선관이 모두 잠기도록 자갈을 포설하는 과정을 반복하여 높이방향을 따라 복수 열의 전선관을 매설하는 단계; 및 (d)전선관과 자갈의 설치가 완료된 상태에서 트렌치에 고유동성 되메움재를 공급하여 자갈 사이의 공극에 충진 및 경화시키는 단계;를 구비하는 것에 특징이 있다.
