GROUTING APPARATUS FOR SIMULTANEOUS INJECTION BY DIRECT POURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a simultaneous injection grouting device using a direct pouring method. By providing a means for direct pouring of a chemical solution including a plurality of injection hoses connected to a through hole inside a steel pipe, a space is divided into a plurality of spaces using a conventional internal packer (internal partition) and each space is filled with liquid using a plurality of injection pipes, and then simultaneous injection grouting construction efficiency can be improved out of an indirect pouring method through the through hole of the steel pipe. In addition, a grouting device (steel pipe) configuration can be simplified, and can be assembled and constructed on site according to site conditions. The grouting device comprises a steel pipe; a removable steel pipe part; and a chemical injection device.
본 발명은 직타방식에 의한 동시주입 그라우팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 강관 내부에서 관통공과 연결되는 복수 개의 주입호스를 포함한 약액의 직타(직접 타설) 수단을 구비함으로써, 종래 내부 패커(내부 칸막이)로 복수의 공간으로 구획하여 복수 개의 주입관으로 각 구획 공간을 액액으로 채운 후 강관의 관통공을 통한 간접 타설 방식에서 벗어나게 되어 동시주입 그라우팅 시공효율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 그라우팅 장치(강관) 구성을 간단하게 할 수 있으며, 현장에서 현장 상황에 맞추어 조립 시공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
