Grouting pouring equipment and grouting pouring method
The invention provides grouting pouring equipment and a grouting pouring method. The grouting pouring equipment comprises a water storage cabin, a slurry cabin, an upper computer and a controller. Thewater storage cabin communicates with the slurry cabin. A first solenoid valve is arranged between the water storage cabin and the slurry cabin. A slurry outlet and a slurry inlet are formed in the slurry cabin. The upper computer is used for acquiring preset signals input by grouting workers. A water storage weighing meter is arranged on the water storage cabin. A slurry weighing meter is arranged on the slurry cabin. The controller is in electric connection with the water storage weighing meter, the slurry weighing meter and the upper computer respectively. The controller is used for receiving signals of weight of materials in the slurry cabin and preset signals and calculating the water injection amount needed in the slurry cabin accordingly so that the first solenoid valve can be controlled to achieve control over water injection in the slurry cabin. By means of the grouting pouring equipment, weight of the water storage cabin and the slurry cabin is acquired, and the preset proportion is acquired; besides, the water injection amount needed in the slurry cabin is calculated according to weight of the materials in the slurry cabin and the preset proportion through the controller so that the first solenoid valve can be controlled to achieve control over water injection in the slurry cabin.
