CUSHIONING MATERIAL FOR REDUCING NOISE BETWEEN FLOORS
The present invention relates to a cushioning material for reducing noise between floors with a new structure, which is able to configure a modular structural cushioning material, make construction very convenient, and prevent an impact or load applied to the cushioning material from being transmitted to any other cushioning material nearby. According to the present invention, the cushioning material for reducing noise between floors is able to engage a blocking material (20) made of natural rubber with a circumferential unit of a cushioning block (10) made in a square plate shape made of Styrofoam. With a large number of cushioning materials for reducing noise between floors arranged in close contact with the circumferential surface, if noise or vibration is applied to the cushioning material for reducing noise between floors on one side, the cushioning material (20) is able to prevent the noise or vibration from being transmitted to the surrounding cushioning materials for reducing noise between floors, thereby minimizing the transmitted noise or vibration to a lower floor.
본 발명은 모듈식 구조의 완충재를 구성하여 시공이 매우 간편하고 완충재에 가해진 충격 또는 하중이 주변에 있는 다른 완충재로 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 층간소음 저감용 완충재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 층간소음 저감용 완충재는 스티로폼재질의 사각판형상으로 구성된 완충블록(10)의 둘레부에 천연고무재질의 차단재(20)가 결합됨으로, 다수개의 층간소음 저감용 완충재를 둘레면이 상호 밀착되도록 배치한 상태에서, 일측의 층간소음 저감용 완충재에 소음이나 진동이 가해질 경우, 상기 차단재(20)에 의해 소음이나 진동이 주변의 층간소음 저감용 완충재으로 전달되는 것을 방지하여, 하층으로 소음이나 진동이 전달되는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
