The present invention relates to a monorail system prefabricated on-site and, more specifically, to a prefabricated monorail system that allows materials manufactured in a semi-finished state that can be transported by man to be installed on-site without using heavy equipment. According to the present invention, provided is a monorail system that transports small-scale materials to be installed that day by a man using an installed rail the day before and then assembles and installs the materials to minimize environmental damage and is assembled according to established rules to be installed with sufficient strength required while shortening a construction period. In other words, installation materials can be manufactured as a semi-finished product, easily transported, and then assembled on-site, so there is no need for equipment for transportation, and work can be done without equipment during installation, enabling efficient construction and shortening the construction period. In addition, since there is no welding other than the floor foundation construction, forest fires caused by welding sparks higher than the ground are prevented, and there is no contamination of surrounding trees and air pollution due to the completion painting. Additionally, as a semi-finished product, each product can be painted differently to apply a design that matches the landscape. Furthermore, in the case of demolition, as opposed to installation, the system is disassembled and dismantled one by one using the already installed rail at the end point, thereby protecting even secondary damage to forests.
본 발명은 현장에서 조립식으로 설치되는 모노레일 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 인력운반이 가능한 반제품 상태로 제작된 재료를 현장에서 중장비를 사용하지 않고 설치가 가능한 조립식 모노레일 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 설치한 레일을 이용하여 그 날에 설치할 소규모의 자재를 전일까지 설치된 레일을 이용하여 인력으로 운반한 후 조립하여 설치함으로써, 환경훼손을 최소화하고, 정해진 규칙에 따라 조립이 이루어져 공기가 단축되면서도 요구되는 충분한 강도로 설치할 수 있는 모노레일 시스템을 제공한다. 즉, 설치 자재를 반제품으로 제작하여 손쉽게 운반한 후 현장에서 조립이 가능하여, 운반에 필요한 장비가 필요 없고, 설치 시에도 장비가 없이 작업이 가능하여 효율적인 공사가 가능하고, 공기가 단축된다. 또한 바닥 기초공사 이외에는 용접이 없으므로 지면보다 높은 곳에서의 용접불티에 의한 산불방지와 준공도색에 의한 주변 수목에 오염이 없고 대기오염도 생기지 않는 장점이 있으며, 부가적으로는 반제품으로 제품마다 도색을 달리하여 경관에 맞는 디자인을 적용할 수 있으며, 나아가 철거를 하는 경우에도 설치와 반대로 끝지점에서 기 설치된 레일을 이용하여 하나 하나 조립을 해체하며 철거함으로써 산림의 2차 훼손까지도 방지할 수 있다.
