Dirt inflow blocking device of sewer pipe cleaner
The present invention relates to a dirt inflow blocking device of a sewer pipe cleaner, which cleans dirt (or sludge) in sewer pipes and unclogs the sewer pipes. More specifically, the dirt inflow blocking device inserts a rotating wire (6) to which a cleaning tool (8) is connected inside a flexible tube (5) to perform an operation of cleaning dirt and unclogging a sewer pipe while being inserted into and rotated in the sewer pipe. An airtight structure is formed by fixing and coupling a housing (10) to which a connection shaft (7) at the tip of the rotating wire (6) is airtightly and rotatably coupled since a retainer (20) and a bearing (30) are inserted into the tip of the flexible tube (5) and screw-coupling a tube tightening cap (50) to the outside of the housing, thereby blocking the inflow of dirt between the flexible tube and the rotating wire during the cleaning process of a sewer pipe to solve an unsanitary problem of the occurrence of foul odors.
본 발명은 하수관의 오물(또는 슬러지)을 청소하고 막힘 부분을 뚫어주는 하수관 청소기의 오물 유입 차단장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 플렉시블 튜브(5) 내부에 청소용구(8)가 결합되는 회전 와이어(6)를 내 삽입하여 하수관에 삽입 회전시키면서 하수관의 오물 청소 및 막힌 부분을 뚫어주는 작업을 수행하되, 상기 플렉시블 튜브(5) 선단에 리테이너(20), 베어링(30)이 내 삽입되어 회전 와이어(6) 선단의 연결축(7)이 회전 가능하면서 기밀 결합되는 하우징(10)을 고정 결합하고, 상기 하우징 외측에 튜브 조임캡(50)을 나사 결합하여 고정 결합하는 것에 의해 기밀 구조를 형성하여 주므로 하수관의 청소 과정에서 플렉시블 튜브와 회전 와이어 사이로 오물의 유입 차단에 의해 악취(냄새)가 발생하는 비위생적인 문제를 해결하도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.
