The present invention relates to a window with variable transmittance having a low defect rate during a manufacturing process, a window frame assembly with variable transmittance having the same, and a moving unit having the same. The window with variable transmittance comprises: a first glass substrate and a second glass substrate which face to each other; a first substrate which is positioned between the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate, and contains a material which is different from the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate; a second substrate which is positioned between the first substrate and the second glass substrate, and contains a material which is different from the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate; a first electrode layer and a first orientation film which are sequentially disposed on a surface of the first substrate in a direction of the second substrate; a second electrode layer and a second orientation film which are sequentially disposed on a surface of the second substrate in a direction of the first substrate; a liquid crystal layer which is interposed between the first orientation film and the second orientation film; a first polarizing film which is arranged on the first glass substrate and is separated from the first substrate; and a second polarizing film which is arranged on the second glass substrate and is separated from the second substrate.
