The present invention relates to an assembly structure of a red clay wall body for construction, which is characterized by comprising: an insulation unit which has an insulation plate composed of foam-styrene resin and the like to enable insulation by being compressed to a predetermined thickness therein; a fixing unit which is located at one side surface or both side surfaces of the insulation unit to have a through-hole having the inside and the outside being penetrated, and of which one surface has a coupling means inserted into the insulation unit to be fixed thereat; an auxiliary fixing unit which is located at the other surface of the fixing unit to form an auxiliary through-hole having the inside and the outside being penetrated, and has an auxiliary coupling means which is attachable to and detachable from the fixing unit; and a red clay unit which has red clay to form a pleasant environment while improving air permeability by being cured in a state of being introduced therein while being stacked to a predetermined thickness at the fixing unit and the auxiliary fixing unit. According to the present invention, the precise supporting force and the fixing force of the red clay wall body which has settled at the tie structure of the fixing unit and the auxiliary fixing unit may be effectively provided, thereby guaranteeing stability of the red clay wall body and efficiently preventing breakage at all times. Furthermore, the fixing unit and the auxiliary fixing unit are closely coupled to the insulation material inserted into the red clay wall body so as to be supported with precise fixing force. Therefore, the insulation, soundproof, and moisture-proof effects may be maximized while providing excellent durability and solidity. The body cell molecule of the human body may be positively and actively stimulated by means of far-infrared radiation and anion radiation effects generated by means of red clay, thereby contributing to daily health.
본 발명은 건축용 황토벽체의 조립구조를 형성함에 있어서: 내부에 일정 두께로 압축되어 단열이 가능하게끔 발포 스타이렌 수지 등으로 이루어진 단열판을 구비하는 단열부; 단열부의 일 측면 또는 양 측면에 위치하여 내외가 관통되는 통공을 구비하고, 일면에 단열부와 고정되도록 삽설하는 결합수단을 구비하는 고정부; 고정부의 타면에 위치하여 내외가 관통되는 보조통공이 형성되고, 고정부에 탈·부착이 가능하도록 하는 보조결합수단을 구비하는 보조고정부; 및 고정부와 보조고정부에 일정 두께로 적층되면서 내부로 유입된 상태에서 경화하여 통기성 향상과 함께 쾌적한 환경을 조성하기 위해 황토를 구비하는 황토부를 포함함을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 고정부와 보조고정부의 결착구조에 터 잡은 황토벽체의 면밀한 지지력과 고정력이 효과적으로 발휘되도록 함으로써 황토벽체의 안정성 확보와 수시 파손을 효율적으로 방지토록 하는 한편, 황토벽체의 내부에 삽설되는 단열재에 고정부와 보조고정부가 밀착된 상태로 결합되어 면밀한 고정력으로 지지됨에 따라 단열 · 방음 · 방습 등의 효과가 극대화 되면서도 내구성과 견고성 또한 뛰어나도록 구성함은 물론, 황토를 통해 뿜어내는 원적외선과 음이온 방사효과 등을 통해 인체의 생체세포분자를 긍정적 · 적극적으로 자극하여 일상의 건강을 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
