The present invention relates to a method of attaching the outer skin of an internal diaphragm consisting of a girder joint plate and, more specifically, to a method of attaching the outer skin of an internal diaphragm consisting of a girder joint plate that attaches an outer skin so that a girder joint plate is exposed to an internal diaphragm that consists of the girder joint plate to which a steel girder is connected and fills the inside with concrete to be used as a concrete-filled steel pipe. The method of attaching the outer skin of an internal diaphragm consisting of a girder joint plate comprises the steps of: (a) preparing an internal diaphragm formed in the shape of a vertical plate of a certain size and formed of four girder joint plates configured to form a square in plan and a C-shaped outer skin member composed of a horizontal plate formed in the center with an opening of the same size as the girder joint plate and a vertical plate extending at right angles from both sides of the horizontal plate and having a cutout with the same length and half the width of the girder joint plate at the center of the outer end; (b) assembling the girder joint plate to fit into the opening of the horizontal plate and the cutout of the vertical plate of the C-shaped skin member; (c) assembling a C-shaped outer skin member on the opposite side so that the end comes into contact with the C-shaped outer skin member already installed on the internal diaphragm; and (d) welding the girder joint plates to the C-shaped skin member, a joint of the C-shaped skin member, and the opening of the horizontal plate and the cutout of the vertical plate of the C-shaped skin member.
본 발명은 거더접합 플레이트가 구성된 내다이아프램의 외피부착방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 강재 거더가 접합되는 거더접합 플레이트가 구성되는 내다이아프램에 거더접합 플레이트가 노출되도록 외피를 부착하고 내부에 콘크리트를 충전하도록 하여 콘크리트 충전강관으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 거더접합 플레이트가 구성된 내다이아프램의 외피부착방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 거더접합 플레이트가 구성된 내다이아프램에 외피를 부착하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 일정 크기의 수직한 판 형상으로 이루어지며, 평면상 사각형을 이루도록 구성되는 4개의 거더접합 플레이트가 형성되는 내다이아프램과, 수평 판 형상으로 중앙부에 거더접합 플레이트와 동일한 크기의 개구부가 통공되어 형성되는 수평판과, 수평판의 폭방향 양측면에서 직각 방향으로 연장되며 외측 단부의 중앙부에 거더접합 플레이트와 동일한 길이와 절반의 폭을 갖는 절개부가 형성되는 수직판으로 이루어지는 ㄷ 형 외피부재를 준비하는 단계; (b) ㄷ 형 외피부재의 수평판의 개구부와 수직판의 절개부에 거더접합 플레이트가 끼워지도록 조립하는 단계; (c) 내다이아프램에 기 설치된 ㄷ 형 외피부재와 단부가 접하도록 반대편의 ㄷ 형 외피부재를 조립하는 단계; (d) ㄷ 형 외피부재와 ㄷ 형 외피부재의 이음부 및 ㄷ 형 외피부재 수평판의 개구부와 수직판의 절개부에 거더접합 플레이트를 각각 용접하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
