According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a pivot hinge fixing device for a swing door comprises: a fixed block inserted into a door frame of a swing door and having a fixing groove formed on the front; a hinge portion connected to the fixing block and having an insertion hole formed to correspond to the fixing groove; and a fastening member inserted into the insertion hole and coupled to the fixing groove. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the pivot hinge fixing device for a swing door, by combining a hinge part which rotates the swing door with the fixing block inserted into and fixed to the door frame, simplifies the swing door's installation process, facilitating work and maximizing process efficiency through reductions in work time and labor.
