TOILET FLUSH VALVE FOR WATER SAVING
The present invention relates to a water-saving toilet flush valve and, more specifically, to a water-saving toilet flush valve having a bypass flow path capable of adjusting flow on a toilet cover. The water-saving toilet flush valve comprises: a flush valve body having a water supply port, a water exit port, a pressure room, and an operating port on which a push lever is installed; a toilet cover coupled to an upper portion of the flush valve body to form the pressure room with the flush valve body; a piston installed in the flush valve body, allowing the upper end thereof to slide along the inner surface of the toilet cover, ascending and descending in accordance with the pressure of the pressure room, and connecting and blocking the water supply port and the water exit port; a push lever installed on the operating port, wherein an end thereof is exposed to the outside; a pushrod advancing toward the inside of the flush valve body when the push lever is tilted; and a pivot rod installed in the piston and adjusting the pressure of the pressure room while the lower end thereof is pushed and tilted by the pushrod. The toilet cover includes a bypass flow path connecting the water supply port and the pressure room and a spindle adjusting the flow of the bypass flow path.
본 발명은 절수형 대변기 플러시 밸브에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 대변기 커버에 유량을 조절할 수 있는 바이패스 유로를 구비하는 절수형 대변기 플러시 밸브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 급수구, 퇴수구, 압력실 및 푸시 레버가 설치되는 작동구가 구비되는 플러시 밸브 바디; 플러시 밸브 바디 상부에 결합되어 플러시 밸브 바디와 함께 압력실을 형성하는 대변기 커버; 플러시 밸브 바디 내에 설치되며, 상단부는 대변기 커버 내면을 따라 습동하며 압력실의 압력에 따라 승하강하며 급수구와 퇴수구를 연결 및 차단하는 피스톤; 작동구에 설치되며 단부가 외부로 노출된 푸시 레버; 푸시 레버가 기울어질 때 플러시 밸브 바디 내측 방향으로 전진하는 푸시 로드; 및 피스톤 내에 설치되며 푸시 로드에 의해 하단부가 밀려 기울어지면서 압력실 압력을 조절하는 피벗 로드;를 포함하며, 대변기 커버는 급수구와 압력실을 연결하는 바이패스 유로 및 바이패스 유로의 유량을 조절할 수 있는 스핀들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절수형 대변기 플러시 밸브를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a water-saving toilet flush valve and, more specifically, to a water-saving toilet flush valve having a bypass flow path capable of adjusting flow on a toilet cover. The water-saving toilet flush valve comprises: a flush valve body having a water supply port, a water exit port, a pressure room, and an operating port on which a push lever is installed; a toilet cover coupled to an upper portion of the flush valve body to form the pressure room with the flush valve body; a piston installed in the flush valve body, allowing the upper end thereof to slide along the inner surface of the toilet cover, ascending and descending in accordance with the pressure of the pressure room, and connecting and blocking the water supply port and the water exit port; a push lever installed on the operating port, wherein an end thereof is exposed to the outside; a pushrod advancing toward the inside of the flush valve body when the push lever is tilted; and a pivot rod installed in the piston and adjusting the pressure of the pressure room while the lower end thereof is pushed and tilted by the pushrod. The toilet cover includes a bypass flow path connecting the water supply port and the pressure room and a spindle adjusting the flow of the bypass flow path.
