The present invention relates to a fire partition non-bearing wall unit module using a fixing bolt member and a non-bearing wall desiccating method using the same, which are able to manufacture a formwork for forming a fireproof wall with a unit module using a deck plate and a fixing bolt member, perform the desiccation construction for the fireproof wall formwork, fill it with nonflammable materials such as concrete and mortar, and make it easy to install a fire partition. According to a desirable embodiment of the present invention, the fire partition non-bearing wall unit module using a fixing bolt member comprises: a deck plate of a certain size; a truss girder including an upper bar, a lower bar configured on a lower side of the upper bar, and a latticed bar connecting the upper bar and the lower bar, and located on the other side surface of the deck plate; a cover plate configured on the other side of the truss girder being apart from the truss girder for a certain distance and parallel to the deck plate; a fixing bolt member including a nut, a fixing hook formed in a hook shape and engaged on one side of the nut by a screw, and a bolt engaged with an upper side of the nut by a screw, and having the nut configured on one side surface of the cover plate, and having the bolt fastened with the nut by penetrating the cover plate at a position with a nut hole on the other side surface of the cover plate and fixed as a built-in member is hung on the fixing hook; and a reinforcing shape steel configured to respectively finish end units of the deck plate and the cover plate.
본 발명은 방화벽 형성을 위한 거푸집을 데크플레이트 및 고정용 볼트부재를 이용한 단위모듈로 제작하여 방화벽 거푸집 공사를 건식화 시공하고 내부에 콘크리트 또는 모르타르 등의 불연재료를 채우도록 하여 용이하게 방화구획을 설치할 수 있도록 하는 고정용 볼트부재를 이용한 방화구획 비내력벽 단위모듈 및 이를 이용한 비내력벽 건식화공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 고정용 볼트부재를 이용한 방화구획 비내력벽 단위모듈의 바람직한 일 실시예는 일정 크기의 데크 플레이트와; 상부근과, 상부근의 하부에 구성되는 하부근과, 상부근과 하부근을 연결하는 래티스근으로 이루어지며 데크 플레이트의 타측면에 위치하는 트러스 거더와; 트러스 거더의 타측으로 일정거리 이격되어 데크 플레이트와 평행하게 구성되는 덧판 플레이트와; 너트와, 후크 형상으로 형성되어 너트의 일측에서 나사결합되는 고정 훅과, 너트의 상부에 나사결합되는 볼트로 이루어지며, 너트는 덧판 플레이트의 일측면에 구성되고 덧판 플레이트의 타측면의 너트구 구성된 위치에서 볼트가 덧판 플레이트를 관통하여 너트에 체결되며, 고정 훅에 내장부재가 걸려 고정되도록 하는 고정용 볼트부재와; 데크 플레이트와 덧판 플레이트의 단부를 각각 마감하도록 구성되는 보강형강;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
