AIR FILTER MANUFACTURED USING CHITOSAN AND FINE DUST ADSORPTION SCREENS USING THAT AIR FILTER MANUFACTURED
The present invention relates to an air filter and a fine dust adsorption insect screen containing the air filter. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an air filter using chitosan extracted from cuttlefish and a fine dust adsorption insect screen containing the air filter. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing the air filter using chitosan comprises the steps of: extracting chitosan from cuttlefish bones; creating a chitosan gel using the chitosan; and cooling the chitosan gel.
본 발명은 공기필터 및 그 공기필터를 포함하는 미세먼지 흡착 방충망에 관한 것으로, 갑오징어에서 추출한 키토산을 이용한 공기필터 제조방법 및 그 공기필터를 포함하는 미세먼지 흡착 방충망에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 키토산을 이용한 공기필터 제조방법은, 갑오징어 뼈에서 키토산을 추출하는 단계, 상기 키토산을 이용하여 키토산 겔을 생성하는 단계 및 상기 키토산 겔을 냉각하는 단계를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an air filter and a fine dust adsorption insect screen containing the air filter. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an air filter using chitosan extracted from cuttlefish and a fine dust adsorption insect screen containing the air filter. 본 발명은 공기필터 및 그 공기필터를 포함하는 미세먼지 흡착 방충망에 관한 것으로, 갑오징어에서 추출한 키토산을 이용한 공기필터 제조방법 및 그 공기필터를 포함하는 미세먼지 흡착 방충망에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 키토산을 이용한 공기필터 제조방법은, 갑오징어 뼈에서 키토산을 추출하는 단계, 상기 키토산을 이용하여 키토산 겔을 생성하는 단계 및 상기 키토산 겔을 냉각하는 단계를 포함한다.
