CERAMIC ATOMIZER FOR AEROSOL-GENERATING DEVICE WITH HYDROPHILIC AND HYDROPHOBIC PROPERTIES
The present invention relates to a ceramic atomizer for an aerosol generating device having hydrophilic and hydrophobic composite properties, and more specifically to a ceramic atomizer for an aerosol generating device having a hydrophobic silicate for leakage prevention and a hydrophilic silicate for moisture adsorption and adsorptive power. According to an embodiment, the ceramic atomizer for an aerosol generating device comprises: a ceramic absorbent formed of a ceramic material; and a heat source formed on one side of the ceramic absorbent. The ceramic absorbent is a single structure including an absorbent portion formed of a hydrophilic silicate for absorbing a liquid and a waterproof portion formed of a hydrophobic silicate for preventing leakage. Accordingly, it is possible to maintain the cleanliness of the inside of a device by absorbing a liquid-type aerosol generating material well and preventing the same from leaking to the outside.
실시예들은 에어로졸 발생 장치용 친수성과 소수성 복합 성질의 세라믹 무화기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 누액 방지를 위한 소수성 실리케이트, 흡습 및 흡착력을 위한 친수성 실리케이트를 보유한 에어로졸 발생 장치용 세라믹 무화기에 관한 것이다. 실시예의 에어로졸 발생 장치용 세라믹 무화기는 세라믹 재질로 형성되는 세라믹 흡습체 및 세라믹 흡습체의 일측에 형성되는 열원을 포함하고, 세라믹 흡습체는 친수성 실리케이트로 형성되는, 액상을 흡습하기 위한 흡수부와 소수성 실리케이트로 형성되는, 누액 방지를 위한 방수부를 포함하는 단일 구조체인 것을 특징으로 한다.
