AEROSOL GENERATION DEVICE CERAMIC ATOMIZER HAVING HYDROPHILIC AND HYDROPHOBIC COMPOSITE PROPERTIES
Embodiments relate to an aerosol generation device ceramic atomizer having hydrophilic and hydrophobic composite properties, and, more specifically, to an aerosol generation device ceramic atomizer having a hydrophobic silicate for preventing leakage and a hydrophilic silicate for hygroscopicity and adsorption. The aerosol generation device ceramic atomizer of an embodiment comprises: a ceramic hygroscopic body formed from a ceramic material; and a heating source formed at one side of the ceramic hygroscopic body, wherein the ceramic hygroscopic body is a single structure including an absorption part for absorbing liquid, which is formed from a hydrophilic silicate, and a leakage prevention waterproof part, which is formed from a hydrophobic silicate.
Des modes de réalisation concernent un atomiseur céramique de dispositif de génération d'aérosol ayant des propriétés composites hydrophiles et hydrophobes, et, plus spécifiquement, un atomiseur céramique de dispositif de génération d'aérosol ayant un silicate hydrophobe pour empêcher les fuites et un silicate hydrophile pour l'hygroscopicité et l'adsorption. L'atomiseur céramique de dispositif de génération d'aérosol d'un mode de réalisation comprend : un corps hygroscopique en céramique composé d'un matériau céramique ; et une source de chauffage formée au niveau d'un côté du corps hygroscopique en céramique, le corps hygroscopique en céramique étant une structure unique comprenant une partie d'absorption pour absorber un liquide, laquelle est composée d'un silicate hydrophile, et une partie étanche à l'eau de prévention des fuites, laquelle est composée d'un silicate hydrophobe.
실시예들은 에어로졸 발생 장치용 친수성과 소수성 복합 성질의 세라믹 무화기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 누액 방지를 위한 소수성 실리케이트, 흡습 및 흡착력을 위한 친수성 실리케이트를 보유한 에어로졸 발생 장치용 세라믹 무화기에 관한 것이다. 실시예의 에어로졸 발생 장치용 세라믹 무화기는 세라믹 재질로 형성되는 세라믹 흡습체 및 세라믹 흡습체의 일측에 형성되는 열원을 포함하고, 세라믹 흡습체는 친수성 실리케이트로 형성되는, 액상을 흡습하기 위한 흡수부와 소수성 실리케이트로 형성되는, 누액 방지를 위한 방수부를 포함하는 단일 구조체인 것을 특징으로 한다.
