REBAR COUPLER
A rebar coupler with easy attachment is disclosed. The rebar coupler with easy attachment of the present invention includes a coupler body into which a first rebar member is inserted at one side and a second rebar member is inserted at the other side; and a locking part provided inside the coupler body and locking or unlocking the first rebar member and the second rebar member by the rotation of the coupler body. The locking part includes a plurality of locking bodies rotatably arranged inside the coupler body and a stopper flange provided inside the plurality of locking bodies to separate the first rebar member and the second rebar member. A plurality of step parts is provided inside the coupler body. The plurality of locking bodies includes a first thickness part and a second thickness part that is thicker than the first thickness part. When the coupler body rotates, the plurality of step parts rotates the second thickness part to lock the first rebar member and the second rebar member, and when the coupler body rotates in the opposite direction, the locking is released. In the present embodiment, when the coupler is defective due to bending of the rebar, the rebar can be disassembled and assembled without completely disassembling the coupler.
착탈이 용이한 철근 커플러가 개시된다. 본 발명의 착탈이 용이한 철근 커플러는, 일측부에 제1 철근부재가 삽입되고 타측부에 제2 철근부재가 삽입되는 커플러 바디; 및 상기 커플러 바디의 내부에 마련되며 상기 커플러 바디의 회전에 의해 상기 제1 철근부재와 상기 제2 철근부재을 잠그거나 그 잠금을 해제하는 록킹부를 포함하고, 상기 록킹부는 상기 커플러 바디의 내부에 회전 가능하게 배치되는 복수의 록킹 바디 및 상기 복수의 록킹 바디의 내부에 마련되어 상기 제1 철근부재와 상기 제2 철근부재를 이격시키는 스토퍼 플랜지를 포함하고, 상기 커플러 바디의 내부에는 복수의 단턱부가 마련되고, 상기 복수의 록킹 바디는 제1 두께부 및 상기 제1 두께부보다 두껍게 마련되는 제2 두께부를 포함하고, 상기 커플러 바디의 회전 시 상기 복수의 단턱부가 상기 제2 두께부를 회전시켜 상기 제1 철근부재와 상기 제2 철근부재를 록킹시키고, 상기 커플러 바디의 반대 방향 회전 시 록킹을 해제시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 실시 예는 철근이 휘어서 커플러의 불량이 발생했을시 커플러를 완전히 분해하지 않고 철근을 분해 및 조립할 수 있다.
