Embedded anchor assembly
The present invention relates to an embedded anchor assembly embedded in a concrete structure so that a mounting bolt having a fastening male screw can be fastened and mounted and comprises: a base member having an insertion tube upper part having a mounting opening into which the mounting bolt is inserted and an expanded diameter tube upper part with a stopper from the insertion tube upper part and expanded in diameter; a sleeve formed as a tubular body that is inserted into the base member and is in contact with the stopper and having a guide shaft diameter part whose inner diameter is gradually reduced toward the mounting opening along the axial direction; and a collet accommodated so as to be slidably moved along the axial direction within the guide shaft diameter part area and having an outer diameter surface in contact with the inner diameter surface of the guide shaft diameter part, a female thread part engaging the male thread part of the mounting bolt, and a plurality of cut parts at least partially cut along the axial direction.
본 발명은 체결숫나사를 가진 장착볼트가 체결장착될 수 있도록 콘크리트 구조물에 매입되는 매입형 앵커조립체에 관한 것으로, 장착볼트가 삽입되는 장착개구를 가진 삽입관상부와 삽입관상부와의 사이에 멈춤턱을 두고 확경된 확경관상부를 가진 베이스부재와, 베이스부재에 삽입되어 멈춤턱에 접촉하는 관상체로 형성되며, 축선방향을 따라 장착개구를 향하여 점진적으로 내경이 축경되는 가이드축경부를 가지는 슬리브와, 가이드축경부 영역 내에서 축선방향을 따라 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 수용되며, 가이드축경부의 내경면에 접촉하는 외경면과 장착볼트의 숫나사부와 맞물리는 암나사부와 축선방향을 따라 적어도 부분적으로 절개된 복수의 절개부를 갖는 콜릿을 포함한다.
