Pre-embedded anchor assembly for bridge inspection facility
The present invention relates to a pre-embedded anchor bracket assembly for a bridge inspection facility, which is installed on the inner circumferential surface of a steel mold (F) for placing concrete in a bridge structure (B) for supporting a bridge slab in an upper part of a bridge pier. The pre-embedded anchor bracket assembly includes: an edge plate (10) including a guide groove (11) internally having a square shape and a first guide protrusion (12) formed on the inner circumferential surface of the guide groove (11); an adhesion end (20) attaching the edge plate (10) to the steel mold (F); a moving plate (30) moved forward and backward inside the guide groove (11), and including a second guide protrusion (32) formed on both edges, being across the first guide protrusion (12); a pair of separation prevention wings (40) welded to the surface of the moving plate (30) to support the moving plate (30) such that the moving plate (30) is not separated from the guide groove (11) by covering a part of the surface of the edge plate (10); and a plurality of anchor nuts (50) fixed to the moving plate (30) and including a bolt hole (51) opened towards the steel mold (F).
본 발명은 교량점검시설용 선매입 앵커브라켓 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 교각 상부에서 교량 슬래브를 지지하기 위한 교각구조물(B)을 콘크리트 타설하기 위한 철재거푸집(F)의 내주면에 설치된다. 이러한 선매입 앵커브라켓 조립체는, 내부에 사각형태를 가지는 가이드홈(11) 및 가이드홈(11)의 내주면에 형성된 제1가이드단턱(12)을 가지는 테두리플레이트(10)와; 테두리플레이트(10)를 상기 철제거푸집(F)에 접착시키는 접착단(20)과; 가이드홈(11) 내측에서 전후방 이동되는 것으로서, 양 가장자리에 제1가이드단턱(12)에 걸치어지는 제2가이드단턱(32)이 형성된 이동플레이트(30)와; 이동플레이트(30)의 표면에 용접되어 테두리플레이트(10)의 표면을 일부 덮어 이동플레이트(30)가 가이드홈(11)에서 분리되지 않게 지지하는 한쌍의 이탈방지날개(40)와; 이동플레이트(30)에 고정되는 것으로서 철제거푸집(F) 방향으로 개방된 볼트구멍(51)이 형성된 다수의 앵커너트(50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
